Some of our orders have a warranty of up to 4 years, but our return policy is only valid for 7 days. If you want to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 7 days of purchase and pay a restock fee of about 7.5%. You must also contact us first and explain your reason for returning the item. We will then decide if the item can be returned or not.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will inspect the item when we receive it.
We have the right to reject any item that is not in its original condition or that has been damaged during transit because of poor packaging by the buyer.
Some items cannot be returned at all. This will be stated in the listing. We also do not accept items that have been tampered with, modified or used by the buyer, unless they are returned for warranty purposes. We only accept returns for valid reasons and not for change of mind. The buyer is responsible for checking the description and condition of the item before buying it. We will not accept returns for items that have been properly described, unless they are faulty or we made a mistake.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Orders marked as “sold as is”
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer, unless it is necessary for warranty purposes.
In some cases, we may only offer partial refunds: (if applicable)
- Laptops that show signs of use
- Sealed items that have been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable) When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm it. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
